Dr. Jack Levy is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon who joins Metropolitan Dermatology.

After a career in the arts, Dr. Levy completed his premedical studies at Columbia University and earned his medical doctorate at Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed his post-graduate training in internal medicine and dermatology at Mount Sinai and Emory University Hospitals, respectively.

Dr. Levy received advanced fellowship training at Laser and Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey, one of the few dual-accredited fellowship programs in the nation, specializing in both micrographic surgery (the gold standard treatment for skin cancers) and facial cosmetic, laser, and reconstructive surgery. He is specially trained on surgical as well as non-invasive techniques for eyelid tightening and brow-lifts, aesthetic rejuvenation, resurfacing, minimally invasive aesthetic surgery and scar revision.

Dr. Levy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser, Medicine & Surgery.

He has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and presents his research at national conferences. He enjoys teaching residents advanced surgical and cosmetic techniques.

Dr. Levy combines his emphasis on aesthetics and communication with his world-class training to provide services in Mohs micrographic surgery and aesthetic surgical dermatology at Metropolitan Dermatology.
