Padmavathi V. Karri, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist. She earned her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2021. She completed her internship at Baylor College of Medicine in 2022 and her dermatology residency at MD Anderson Cancer Center and UTHealth in 2025.

Dr. Karri is passionate about providing comprehensive dermatologic care and building meaningful long-term relationships with her patients. She provides medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including skin cancer screenings and treatment of acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pigmentary disorders, conditions affecting skin of color, and hair loss. Her cosmetic experience is broad and includes some of the most popular treatments for anti-aging and hair loss, including Botox, dermal fillers, Skinvive, Sculptra, PRP, and microneedling.  She strives to help patients achieve healthier skin and feel confident in their care.

Dr. Karri believes skin health is closely connected to physical and emotional well-being. Her approach is rooted in empathy, education, and collaboration, with an emphasis on understanding each patient’s concerns and providing individualized care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Karri enjoys ceramics, painting, traveling, and cooking with her husband.

Dr. Karri is bilingual in English and Telugu.
