Dr. Alissa Fox is a board-certified dermatologist with almost 40 years of experience in general medical dermatology. Although expertly trained in the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, she takes a special interest in skin cancer screening and the treatment of skin cancers.
Dr. Fox attended Smith College in Massachusetts where she graduated magna cum laude with high honors in psychology. She then earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Fox completed an internal medicine internship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York and her Dermatology training at New York Hospital, Cornell Medical College.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Fox loves to read, do crossword puzzles and travel. She has been married 46 years to Dr. James Fox and they love family time with their 2 children and grandchildren.
