Jie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) with more than 15 years of comprehensive experience in the healthcare field. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and commitment to patient-centered care.
Jie’s passion for dermatology began early in her career while working as a medical assistant alongside dermatologists and Mohs surgeons. This experience sparked her deep interest in caring for patients with a wide range of skin conditions. After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jie further advanced her dermatology expertise through physician-led dermatology training and specialized education through the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
As a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP), Jie is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based dermatologic care to patients of all ages.
Outside of her professional life, Jie enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with her husband and son.
